Contact Bosch Repair Dubai: WhatsApp us for a Bosch appliance repair
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 209 9785. We take messages every day from 7 am to 10 pm, and WhatsApp is our only contact channel. There is no phone line to wait on, so the whole conversation, from the first photo to the quote and the technician's arrival message, sits in one thread you can scroll back through.
A first message that includes the appliance, the model code, the fault and a photo usually gets a useful answer on the first reply. A message that says only "washing machine not working" gets questions back, and each round trip costs you time. The sections below list exactly what to send, what happens next and which kind of message goes where.
If you want to skip typing, use the message builder further down this page. It opens WhatsApp with the details already filled in.
What to put in your first message
Five details cover most repairs. You do not need all of them, but each one you leave out is a question we have to ask.
- The appliance and what it does. Say "dishwasher leaves water in the base after every cycle" rather than "dishwasher broken". Name the point where it fails: at the start, mid-cycle or at the end.
- The model code. Bosch's type plate carries the E-Nr, and Bosch Singapore says you need it when you book a repair. The code tells us the series, whether the appliance is built-in or freestanding and which parts it is likely to use. Our Bosch customer care guide has a table showing where the plate sits on each appliance. If you cannot reach it, a photo of the whole appliance with the door open is enough to start.
- Any code on the display. Type it exactly, such as E17 or E24. If you are not sure what it means, our error code guides explain what the code reports and what to check before you book.
- A photo or a ten-second video. A photo of the display, the leak or the damaged part. For a noise, a short video with sound is worth more than a paragraph of description.
- Your area and a time that suits you. Give the building or community, and say whether mornings, afternoons or evenings are easier. We confirm a two-hour window.
Two things to leave out: a card number, or any payment detail. We never ask for payment in a WhatsApp message before the visit. The inspection fee and any repair are paid after the work, as the pricing page describes.

A message that works
Here is the kind of message that gets a same-conversation answer:
Bosch dishwasher, model SMS4HVI33G. Leaves about a cup of water in the base after every cycle, display shows E24 at the end. Cleaned the filter this morning, no change. Photo attached. Jumeirah Village Circle, Tuesday afternoon if possible.
That message names the appliance, the model, the symptom, the code, what has been tried, the area and a time. We can answer with a price range and a window without asking anything.
What happens after you message us
The sequence is the same for every appliance.
- We read your message and reply. We answer messages in the order they arrive, and we do not promise a fixed reply time on this page. If your appliance is leaking or a fridge has stopped, say so in the first line so we can put it first.
- We give you a price range and a time window. The range comes from the fault you described. Prices are in AED, and 5% VAT is added. The pricing page explains the inspection fee, the typical ranges by fault and why a quote can change after the technician has opened the appliance.
- You confirm the booking. A short "yes, that window works" is enough. We keep your photo and details in the thread.
- The technician messages you on WhatsApp 30 minutes before arriving. They check the appliance, find the failed part and give you a written quote with the part number before any work starts.
- You approve or decline. If you approve, the technician repairs and tests the appliance while you are there. If you decline, you pay the inspection fee only: AED 99 plus VAT, which is AED 103.95.
- You receive the invoice in the same thread. It shows the VAT on its own line, the part number next to the part, a description of the fault and the warranty period.
The step-by-step version, with times and what the technician checks on each appliance type, is on the service center page.
Which message to send
Different requests need different details. This table shows what to write and what to attach for each.
| You want to... | Start your message with | Attach or include |
|---|---|---|
| Book a repair | "Repair:" and the appliance | Model code, fault, photo, area, preferred time |
| Get a price before booking | "Quote:" and the appliance | Model code, the fault, a photo of the display or the damage |
| Move or cancel a visit | "Reschedule:" and your booking date | Your name and the new time you prefer |
| Ask about a repair we did | "Warranty:" and the date of the visit | The invoice or the appliance and address |
| Ask for an invoice in a company name | "Invoice:" and the date of the visit | The company name and its tax registration number |
| Set up a landlord or property manager account | "Portfolio:" | Number of units, the buildings, who approves quotes |
| Raise a complaint | "Complaint:" | What happened, the date, and what you would like us to do |
The prefix is not a code that triggers anything automatic. It lets whoever reads the message see at a glance which thread it belongs to.
For several units or a recurring arrangement, read the business page first. It covers approval workflows, VAT invoices and yearly plans for landlords and agents.
Message builder
Pick the appliance, describe the fault and the builder opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and nothing is stored by this page.
When to contact Bosch instead of us
We are an independent repair company, not Bosch and not an authorised agent. Some requests belong with the manufacturer.
- Your appliance is inside the manufacturer's warranty and you want the repair covered under it. The warranty terms and the claim route are Bosch's or the retailer's, not ours. Our warranty-versus-independent guide sets out the questions to ask before you choose a route.
- You want to register a product, or you need a spare part ordered through Bosch. Bosch's own pages describe those routes. Our spare parts guide shows what Bosch UAE says about parts.
- You want Bosch's own customer care. Bosch UAE lists a toll-free line and a contact form on its service page. Check the current details on bosch-home.com/ae before you dial, because numbers and hours change. Our Bosch customer care guide walks through the official routes and the hours Bosch lists.
If you are not sure whether your appliance is covered, send us a message anyway. We will say plainly if the warranty route looks like the better one, because a repair that Bosch would have covered is not a repair we want to charge for.
Booking form or WhatsApp
Both lead to the same booking. They suit different people.
| Booking form | ||
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Choosing an appliance and time from a list, in one sitting | Sending photos, asking a question first, or a fault you cannot describe in a form field |
| Photos and video | Not part of the form | Attach as many as you need |
| Price range before booking | Shown after you submit | Given in the reply |
| Follow-up | Sent to WhatsApp after you submit | Same thread throughout |
If you are unsure, WhatsApp. A photo of a leaking hose or a flashing display tells us more in a second than a form field can.
Hours, coverage and languages
We take messages and bookings every day from 7 am to 10 pm, including Fridays and public holidays. A message sent after 10 pm waits until the morning, so send it anyway: your details will be at the top of the queue when we open.
We repair in homes. We do not run a walk-in workshop or a shop, so there is no address to visit. The technician comes to you, and the appliance is repaired where it stands in almost every case. Coverage by area is on the areas page. If your community is not listed, message us and we will tell you whether we can reach it before you pay for anything.
You can write to us in English or Arabic. Send a voice note if typing is awkward: we can listen to it, though a photo of the display still helps more than a description of it.
We repair Bosch appliances only: washing machines, dryers, washer-dryers, dishwashers, fridges and freezers, ovens, hobs, cooker hoods, microwaves and coffee machines. If your appliance is another brand, we will say so in the first reply rather than book a visit we cannot complete. The services page lists exactly what we repair and what we do not.
Something went wrong
If a repair did not go as it should have, message us with the word "Complaint" first. Tell us what happened, the date of the visit, and what you would like us to do about it. Attach the invoice and a photo of the problem if you have them.
We read complaints ourselves and reply in the thread. If the fault returns within the warranty period, say so: the invoice states the period, and the repair is redone under it. If you think a price was wrong, send us the quote and the invoice and we compare the two line by line with you.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, UAE consumer protection rules give you a route outside us. Our Bosch customer care guide covers the escalation steps for consumer complaints in Dubai, including how to prepare the paperwork.
Frequently asked questions
What is the WhatsApp number for Bosch Repair Dubai?
+971 55 209 9785. It is our only contact channel, and it is open every day from 7 am to 10 pm.
Can I call you instead of messaging?
No. We work by WhatsApp only, so every detail, photo, quote and invoice stays in one thread. If you cannot use WhatsApp, use the booking form and we will confirm the details in writing.
Do you have an email address?
Not for repair requests. WhatsApp is faster for photos and keeps the conversation in one place. For a company that needs documents sent to an accounts team, tell us in the thread and we will send the invoice to the address you give us.
Is there an office or workshop I can visit?
No. We repair in homes and do not take walk-in customers. The technician comes to your address at the time you confirm.
How quickly will you reply?
We answer in the order messages arrive during our hours of 7 am to 10 pm. We do not promise a fixed reply time. If water is leaking or a fridge has stopped, write that in the first line.
Can I send a voice note?
Yes, in English or Arabic. A photo or a short video of the fault is more useful than a spoken description, so send one of those as well if you can.
Do I need to send the model code?
It is the most useful single detail, but not a condition. If you cannot find the type plate, send a photo of the whole appliance with the door open, and we will identify the model from it where we can.
Is Bosch customer care the same as you?
No. We are an independent repair company and not affiliated with BSH. For manufacturer warranty claims and Bosch's own customer service, use the routes on Bosch's website. Our Bosch customer care guide lists them.
Can I cancel or move a visit?
Yes. Message us with "Reschedule" and your booking date, and tell us the new time you prefer. We move the window to the next one that suits you.
Can a landlord or agent book for a tenant?
Yes. Tell us who approves the quote, who receives the invoice and who will be at the property. The business page covers approvals and invoicing in detail.
