9kg Bosch Washing Machine: Serie 4, 6 & 8 Compared

The 9 kg models sold in the UAE across Serie 4, 6 and 8, what each step up buys, and what ownership and repairs cost in Dubai.

A smiling technician in blue dungarees kneels behind a washing machine with its back panel exposed, connecting the water inlet and drain hoses, with a black and orange toolbag on the floor.

9kg Bosch Washing Machine: Models, Prices and Repair in Dubai

A 9 kg Bosch washing machine is sold in three of Bosch's four ranges in the UAE: the Serie 4 (WGA14400GC and WGA1440XGC), the Serie 6 (for example the WGA244A0GC) and the Serie 8 (WGB24400GC, WGB2440XGC, WGB244A0GC and WGB244AXGC). The drum size is the same. What changes between them is noise, dosing, app control, weight and a price gap of well over AED 2,000.

This guide lays the three side by side with specifications from Bosch's UAE pages and from UAE retailers, explains what each step up buys, covers fit, weight and installation, and sets out what owning a 9 kg Bosch costs in Dubai, including repairs. It is written by an independent Bosch repair company, not by Bosch and not by a shop. We do not sell washing machines.

At a glance

  • Serie 4, 9 kg (WGA14400GC): 1400 rpm, 55 dB washing, 73 dB spinning, 70.3 kg. UAE retailers priced it between AED 1,783.99 and AED 1,899 on 2 November 2026
  • Serie 6, 9 kg (WGA244A0GC): 1400 rpm, i-DOS dosing, 55 dB washing. One retailer listed it at AED 2,399
  • Serie 8, 9 kg (WGB244AXGC): 52 dB washing, 72 dB spinning, 76.4 kg, i-DOS and Home Connect, according to Bosch's UAE page. Retailers listed the range at AED 4,199 and above
  • All three need more than a metre of floor in front of the door line when the door is open
  • Repairs in Dubai: typically AED 150 to 780 before 5% VAT, with a 90-day warranty on our repairs

Is a 9 kg Bosch the right size?

For most homes of three to five people, yes. Bosch's buying guide (we read the Egypt site's version) says 8 or 9 kg suits homes of three to four people, 10 kg suits five or more, and a 9 kg machine also suffices for five. For bulky items such as duvets it suggests looking at 8 to 10 kg.

That makes 9 kg the upper end of the "family" band, and the choice between 8 and 9 kg is smaller than it looks. The Serie 4 comes in both sizes and the dimensions are almost identical, so the extra kilogram costs money, not floor space. Our 8 kg guide explains how to weigh your own laundry with a bathroom scale to see which size your household actually needs, and why the kilogram figure is a dry-cotton maximum and not a promise for every program.

Three situations point toward 9 kg.

  • You wash bulky bedding often. Weight reaches the limit sooner than volume, and a larger drum saves a load.
  • You wash in large batches once or twice a week, not a little every day.
  • You are choosing between ranges anyway, and the 9 kg Serie 6 or Serie 8 brings features that the 8 kg Serie 4 lacks.

If your piles regularly come in well under 8 kg, you gain nothing from the larger drum. A machine that detects the load adjusts the water for a part load, but it cannot make a half-empty larger drum cheaper to buy.

9 kg Bosch washing machines in the UAE

The table brings together Bosch's UAE product pages and UAE retailer listings, checked on 2 November 2026. Retailer data is labelled as such. Prices change with offers and stock, so check the retailer before relying on them.

Model Range Type or finish Source and price
WGA14400GC Serie 4 White ACE: AED 1,799 (was 2,649). Carrefour: AED 1,783.99 (was 1,999), "only 4 left". Jumbo: AED 1,899, in stock
WGA1440XGC Serie 4 Silver inox On Bosch's UAE listing. We did not find a retailer price
WGA244A0GC Serie 6 Freestanding ACE: AED 2,399 (was 2,799)
WAT28S80GC Serie 6 Front loader Jashanmal: AED 3,899, sold out
WGB24400GC Serie 8 White ACE: AED 4,199 (was 5,099)
WGB244AXGC Serie 8 Silver inox Bosch UAE page. Jashanmal: AED 4,799 (was 5,299), sold out
WGB2440XGC, WGB244A0GC Serie 8 Other finishes Appear on Bosch UAE and retailer pages. We did not read their specifications

A few notes on the table.

  • The Serie 4 and Serie 8 are on Bosch's UAE site. The Serie 6 models here come from retailer pages, because we could not open a complete Serie 6 list for the UAE on Bosch's own site.
  • Check the code, not the name. A retailer's title may say "Series 8" or "Series 6" for a machine whose code belongs to a different range. The E-Nr on the rating plate is what counts.
  • Prices show wide gaps. The cheapest Serie 4 listing and the dearest Serie 8 listing differ by more than AED 3,000.

Why you will see other 9 kg codes online

Searches for "bosch 9kg" turn up codes such as WGA244U0AU, WGG244Z2BY and WGK244ZRME. Those are real Bosch machines sold in other markets, and a machine from another market can differ in voltage, plug, warranty and part codes. If you own one of those, send us the full E-Nr before a repair visit so we can check parts. If you are buying, match the code on your invoice to the code on the listing.

A note on top loaders

Some searches ask for a 9 kg Bosch top loader. Every 9 kg Bosch we found for the UAE is a front loader. Treat a top-loader listing with caution and ask the seller for the full model code, then look it up on Bosch's site before you pay.

Is there a 10 kg model?

Yes, in the Serie 8. Bosch's UAE front-loader list shows two 10 kg machines, the WGB2560XGC and WGB25600GC, both with a 1600 rpm spin. ACE listed the WGB2560XGC at AED 5,199 on 2 November 2026 and showed it out of stock. Bosch's Egypt site also lists a 10 kg Serie 6, the WGA254AXEG, which we could not confirm on a UAE listing. Our 10 kg guide covers what is and is not sold in the UAE, and our Serie 8 guide covers the two models in full.

What each step up buys you

The three ranges share the same drum size, so the useful question is what the extra money brings. The table uses Bosch's UAE page for the WGB244AXGC and retailer pages for the others, and it says "not listed" where a source is silent.

Serie 4 (WGA14400GC) Serie 6 (WGA244A0GC) Serie 8 (WGB244AXGC)
Noise (washing / spinning) 55 / 73 dB 55 dB washing (spinning not listed) 52 / 72 dB(A)
Automatic dosing (i-DOS) Not listed Yes (ACE) Yes (Bosch UAE)
Home Connect Not listed. Jumbo says no smart functions Not listed Yes: remote monitoring and control (Bosch UAE)
Stain system AntiStain (ACE, Jumbo) AntiStain System (ACE) Automatic stain removal system (Bosch UAE)
Display LED (Jumbo) LED with countdown (ACE) Drying progress and end-of-cycle LED (Bosch UAE); touch dial on Jashanmal's page
Product size (H × W × D) 84.5 × 59.7 × 59 cm 84.8 × 59.8 × 58.8 cm 84.5 × 59.8 × 59 cm
Depth with door open at 90° Not listed 104.9 cm 109 cm (Bosch UAE, ACE)
Weight 70.3 kg Not listed 76.4 kg
Retailer price we saw AED 1,783.99 to 1,899 AED 2,399 AED 4,199 to 4,799

The table points to four things.

  • The Serie 4 is the 9 kg Bosch for people who measure their own detergent. It has no dosing and no app control, and it is the cheapest.
  • The Serie 6 is the middle step. Dosing is the main addition, and it costs about AED 600 more than the Serie 4 on the retailer listings we compared. See our Serie 6 guide for what i-DOS asks of you.
  • The Serie 8 adds app control, lower noise figures and about 6 kg of weight. If you will use Home Connect, it is the only one of the three that offers it.
  • A series page and a product page can disagree. Bosch's series page gives the Serie 8 a 44 dB washing figure and a large TFT display. The 9 kg Serie 8 product page gives 52 dB and no general display. The series page describes the best the range does, and the product page describes this machine.

The WGB24400GC question

A price-comparison site titles the white Serie 8 WGB24400GC "with EcoSilence Drive, AntiStain, and i-DOS". ACE's own page for the same code lists Home Connect, Active Water Plus and EcoSilence Drive and does not list i-DOS, and Bosch's UAE specification page for the code lists automatic dosing as "No". So a Serie 8 does not always have i-DOS. Our Serie 8 guide sorts the six Serie 8 codes into those with and without it.

The 9 kg Serie 4, line by line

The Serie 4 is the 9 kg Bosch most buyers see first, because it carries the lowest price. These figures come from ACE, Carrefour and Jumbo, since we could not open Bosch's own product page for the WGA14400GC. They are retailer data.

Item Retailer figure What it means for you
Capacity 9 kg A dry-cotton maximum. Delicate programs take less
Maximum spin 1400 rpm, adjustable Lower speeds are available for delicates
Noise (washing / spinning) 55 / 73 dB The same as the 8 kg Serie 4
Programs 14 (ACE) Check your manual for the list and each program's load limit
Product size (H × W × D) 84.5 × 59.7 × 59 cm (ACE) The same footprint as the 8 kg machine, within a few millimetres
Weight 70.3 kg (ACE) A two-person carry
Power 1900 to 2300 W, 220 to 240 V (ACE) A normal domestic socket
Power cord 160 cm (Jumbo) The socket must be within reach
Display LED (Jumbo), display with knob controls (Carrefour) A simple dial and display, no touch controls
Motor EcoSilence Drive (ACE, Jumbo) Brushless. Check the motor warranty terms
Warranty 1 year (ACE, Carrefour, Jumbo) Ask what the motor warranty covers and how to claim it
Smart functions None (Jumbo) No app control

So a 9 kg Serie 4 fits wherever the 8 kg fits. The difference is the drum, the price and the stain feature that the retailers list.

Features the retailers list

ACE and Jumbo describe the following for the WGA14400GC.

  • AntiStain, for what Jumbo calls the four most common stains
  • EcoSilence Drive, Bosch's brushless motor
  • AllergyPlus, which ACE describes as an extra rinse and longer temperature stages to reduce allergenic residues
  • SpeedPerfect, which ACE describes as up to 65% shorter wash time
  • Delay timer and time remaining indicator
  • A wrinkle-reducing feature, which Jumbo says cuts wrinkles by up to 50%
  • Child lock and a 15-minute quick wash option (Carrefour)

Treat the percentages as the retailers' wording. The conditions that produce them are in the manual.

A conflict to know about: AntiStain on the Serie 4

Bosch's series page gives AntiStain Plus to the Serie 6 and Serie 8, and lists nothing for the Serie 4. Our Serie 4 guide repeats that. ACE and Jumbo, however, list an AntiStain feature on the 9 kg Serie 4 WGA14400GC.

We cannot tell from these pages whether "AntiStain" and "AntiStain Plus" are two different systems, whether the retailer pages carry a wording error, or whether the 9 kg model differs from the series description. We also cannot tell what stains it handles or how it runs. The practical advice is simple. Do not buy the 9 kg Serie 4 mainly for stain removal on a retailer's word, and check what your manual says about stain treatment. If it matters, ask the seller to show the feature on Bosch's own specification page for the exact code.

Energy and water: what the figures say

Retailer pages give a few efficiency figures for the Serie 4. They need care.

Source Figure Note
ACE, WGA14400GC 151 kWh and 10,920 litres a year, ESMA rating 5 The basis (number of cycles per year) is not stated
Jumbo, WGA14400GC 44 litres of water per cycle, 5 star The program the figure applies to is not stated
ACE, 8 kg WAN28282GC 243 kWh and 13,741 litres a year, ESMA rating 2 Same retailer, same type of figure

On those figures the 9 kg machine looks more efficient than the 8 kg one, with a better rating on a larger drum. That is surprising for two machines in the same range, and we do not know why. The listings may use different test programs or different assumptions, or one of them may be wrong. Bosch's own UAE pages that we read give no energy class and no water figure.

Use these numbers to compare machines on the same retailer's page, and check the label on the machine you are buying. Do not use them to predict your bills. Your tariff, your program choices and how full you load the drum matter more than the label figure.

Fit and carry: size, weight and door clearance

The footprint is almost identical across the three ranges, so the question is not whether it fits. It is whether you can get it there and open the door.

  • Body size. All three are about 85 cm high, 60 cm wide and 59 cm deep. Plan the gap with room for the hoses behind.
  • Door-open depth. The Serie 6 listing gives 104.9 cm and the Serie 8 gives 109 cm. The 8 kg Serie 4 needs 106.3 cm. A cabinet or bathroom door closer than that can foul the door swing. The 9 kg Serie 4 listings did not give this figure, so measure from the manual or ask the seller.
  • Weight. The Serie 4 weighs 70.3 kg and the Serie 8 76.4 kg. That is a two-person carry, and a difficult one on stairs.
  • The route to the room. Measure the lift, the corridor and the turn into the laundry. A machine delivered to the door is not yet in place.
  • The floor. Adjust the feet until the machine does not rock, because it spins at up to 1400 rpm.

If you are replacing an older machine, measure the existing space before you buy. A newer machine of the same capacity is not always the same size.

Features and programs worth knowing

The right program matters more than the range. This table covers the features listed for the machines above, and your manual has the exact program list for your model.

Feature or option Where it appears What it means
SpeedPerfect Serie 4, 6 and 8 listings An option that shortens a program. ACE quotes up to 65%
AllergyPlus Serie 4 and 6 listings A program with longer temperature stages and an extra rinse
AntiStain / stain system Serie 4, 6 and 8 listings A stain-targeting program. Names and details differ
i-DOS Serie 6 and 8 listings Automatic detergent dosing from a tank
Home Connect Serie 8 App control and remote monitoring
Reload Serie 6 listing Add items after pressing start
Delay timer All three You set when the cycle finishes
Child lock Serie 4 listings Locks the controls
Multiple Water Protection Serie 6 listing Bosch's leak protection feature name
Active Water Plus Serie 6 and 8 listings The machine adapts water to the load. ACE quotes up to 50% savings

Pick the program for the fabric, and not the other way round. A short quick-wash option saves time on lightly soiled items, and it does less to a stain. Heavy cottons and bedding need a standard cotton program, and delicate and wool loads need their own limits. For the list of what the programs on a typical 8 kg Serie 4 are for, see our 8 kg guide.

Which 9 kg Bosch for which household

The ranges suit different buyers, and the sourced differences are enough to say who each fits. None of this is a durability ranking, because we have no failure data for any range.

A family that measures detergent and wants the lowest price: the Serie 4. You get the 9 kg drum, 1400 rpm and the usual Bosch programs for roughly AED 1,800 to 1,900. You give up dosing and app control, and you should treat the stain feature as unconfirmed until you see it on Bosch's page.

A household that does many mixed loads and wants less to think about: the Serie 6. The dosing tank takes over the measuring. It costs about AED 600 more than the Serie 4 on the listings we compared, and it asks you to keep the tank filled and clean. If you travel for weeks at a time, read the manual's advice on leaving the tanks.

A household that will use the app, or where noise matters most: the Serie 8. Home Connect allows remote monitoring and control, and Bosch's UAE page gives 52 dB washing against 55 dB for the Serie 4. You pay for it, in price and in about 6 kg of extra weight. If you will never open the app, the Serie 6 gives you the dosing for less.

Anyone buying on price alone: compare the same code across two retailers before you decide. The listings we saw differed by AED 115 on the same Serie 4.

Spin speed and drying

All the 9 kg machines we found spin at up to 1400 rpm. Bosch's buying guide says a higher spin speed generally leaves clothes drier, and recommends a machine with 1400 or 1600 rpm to cut the energy used for drying and to speed up air drying.

That is the practical reason 1400 rpm matters. Whether you line-dry or use a dryer, a drier load finishes sooner. Two cautions apply.

  • Delicates need a lower speed. The Serie 4 listings call the spin adjustable, and the manual shows how to set it.
  • A fast spin on an unlevel machine shakes. Level the feet and keep the load balanced.

Bosch's Serie 8 range reaches 1600 rpm on the series page, but the 9 kg models we found top out at 1400 rpm, the same as the Serie 4.

Installing a 9 kg Bosch correctly

The steps are the same as for any Bosch front loader, and our 8 kg guide lists them in full. The points below matter more on a 9 kg machine.

  1. Remove the transport bolts before the first wash. A machine that spins with them in will shake violently and can damage itself.
  2. Level it carefully. The machines weigh 70 to 76 kg, so a poorly levelled one pounds the floor when it spins.
  3. Check the door-open depth against the room, not just the width of the niche.
  4. Connect the inlet hose to the cold supply, hand-tight, with no kinks. The Bosch UAE page we read for the 8 kg Serie 4 lists no hot-and-cold intake, so check your model's own page.
  5. Fit the drain hose without kinks, at the height the manual gives.
  6. Fill the i-DOS tanks if your model has them.
  7. Run a first empty wash and watch it fill, wash, drain and spin.

Carrefour's page for the Serie 4 says nothing about installation, so ask each seller what delivery covers. Hoses, connection, levelling and removal of an old machine are often separate charges.

Buying checklist for a 9 kg Bosch

Several details change between listings for the same machine. Ask the seller for the answers in writing, or find them on the model's specification page.

  1. What is the exact E-Nr? The code on the invoice should match the listing and, later, the rating plate.
  2. Which range is it really? Check the code, because titles are not always right.
  3. Does it have i-DOS or Home Connect? If you want either, confirm it for the exact code.
  4. What finish is it? The Serie 4 comes in white (WGA14400GC) and silver inox (WGA1440XGC).
  5. What is the warranty, and who gives it? The listings we saw state one year. Bosch advertises a longer warranty on the motor, so ask how to claim it.
  6. Who is the seller? Carrefour's page named a third-party seller and linked to offers from two. The warranty comes from whoever sells it.
  7. Is it in stock? One Serie 4 listing showed four units left and two Serie 8 listings showed sold out, so ask for a delivery date.
  8. What does delivery cover? Installation, hoses and removal of the old machine.
  9. What are the return terms? ACE's page says opened products are not eligible for return.

On delivery, check the machine for dents before the team leaves, and check the transport bolts are fitted so that you know to remove them. Keep the invoice, because it is the start of any warranty claim.

Owning a 9 kg Bosch in Dubai: care and servicing

Bearings and shock absorbers carry the weight of the load on every spin, and a few habits keep that load easier on them.

  1. Clean the pump filter. Unplug the machine, put a tray under the service flap at the bottom front, and open the filter. Coins, hair grips and lint collect there. Our washing machine guide has Bosch's steps for a drainage fault.
  2. Balance heavy loads. One wet bath mat or one duvet alone can spin unevenly, so mix it with other items.
  3. Do not pack the drum. Leave some room so the water and detergent can move through the load.
  4. Wipe the door seal and leave the door ajar after the last wash of the day.
  5. Measure the detergent on a Serie 4, which has no dosing. On a model with i-DOS, keep the tanks filled and follow the manual's cleaning step.
  6. Check the level now and then, because a machine that has walked out of level shakes on spin.

Know the signs that a repair is due:

  • A rumble, knock or squeal that grows with spin speed, which often points to bearings or shock absorbers
  • Water takes longer to drain, or some stays in the drum after a cycle
  • A new smell that survives a hot cleaning cycle
  • Drips at the door, drawer or under the machine
  • A code on the display, or a cycle that stops without a reason
  • Clothes coming out wetter than before

Each is cheaper to fix when it first appears. For a check by a technician, the AED 99 inspection looks at all of these, runs a test cycle and gives a written quote for anything that is wearing. You decide what to approve.

What a 9 kg Bosch repair costs in Dubai

The fault list is the same across the three ranges, with extra rows for the dosing and connected models. The table shows typical prices, excluding 5% VAT. The AED 99 inspection is deducted from the repair if you go ahead.

Fault Usual cause Typical fix Time on site Price (AED)
Not draining Blocked pump filter, failed drain pump Clear the filter, replace the pump 45 to 90 min 150 – 320
Not filling Inlet screen, inlet valve Clean the screen, replace the valve 45 to 90 min 160 – 300
Not heating Scaled or failed element, temperature sensor Replace the element or sensor 60 to 120 min 260 – 480
Leaking Worn door seal, hose, pump housing Replace the seal, hose or housing 45 to 90 min 180 – 380
Not spinning Motor wiring, imbalance sensor, bearings Replace the failed part 60 to 120 min 220 – 520
Door won't open Lock actuator, blocked drain Release the door, replace the actuator 45 to 90 min 160 – 340
Noisy drum. See our bearing guide Worn bearings, shock absorbers Replace bearings or dampers 2 to 4 hours 380 – 780
Dosing fault (i-DOS models) Tank sensor, dosing pump, blocked line Clean or replace the dosing parts 60 to 120 min 280 – 620
Control or connectivity module fault Failed electronics Repair or replace the module 60 to 150 min 320 – 750

The part and the access decide where in the range a quote falls. A drain pump costs far less than a control module or a set of bearings, and a heavier machine takes more effort to pull out. Our washing machine repair guide explains each fault and its error codes, including E17, E18 and F21.

Repair or replace a 9 kg Bosch?

Use a real new-machine price as the reference. ACE listed the Serie 4 WGA14400GC at AED 1,799 on 2 November 2026. A workable rule is that a repair costing more than about half of a comparable new machine, or a machine past ten years old with two serious faults, is a case for replacing. Half of that price is about AED 900. For a Serie 6 at AED 2,399 the line is about AED 1,200, and for a Serie 8 at AED 4,199 it is about AED 2,100.

The repair prices in these examples come from our placeholder ranges, so check your own written quote.

  • Three-year-old Serie 4, drain pump failed, quote AED 300. That is 17% of the new price. Repair it.
  • Six-year-old Serie 4, control module fault, quote AED 650. That is 36% of the new price. Repair it if the drum, bearings and seal are sound, and ask whether the module can be repaired and not replaced.
  • Ten-year-old Serie 4, worn bearings and a failing door lock, quote AED 1,100. That is 61% of the new price on an old machine with two faults. Replace it.
  • Five-year-old Serie 8, dosing and module faults, quote AED 1,100. That is 26% of the new price, and the machine still has most of its life. Repair it.

Two points tilt the decision. A new machine comes with a seller warranty, and the listings we saw showed one year, while our repairs carry 90 days on the repaired fault. And a repair keeps a machine you know in a space it already fits. We will tell you when a repair is not worth it, and if you decline, you owe only the inspection fee.

How to book, and the warranty on our repairs

You book online or by WhatsApp. We confirm a two-hour window, and the technician messages you on WhatsApp 30 minutes before arriving. On site, they diagnose the fault, show you the failed part where possible, and give you a written quote with the part number. Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on the parts fitted and the labour for the repaired fault. We list the part number on a VAT invoice. If your machine is still inside its warranty, contact the seller or Bosch first. Our service center page explains how to decide, and our customer care guide lists Bosch's own contact routes.

We repair Bosch washing machines across Dubai, with typical arrival times of 50 to 75 minutes after the technician sets off. Areas include Dubai Marina, JLT, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, JVC, Dubai Hills, Mirdif and Al Barsha.

Frequently asked questions

Is a 9 kg Bosch washing machine big enough for a family?

Bosch's buying guide says 8 or 9 kg suits homes of three to four people, and that a 9 kg machine also suffices for five. Weigh your own laundry to check, using the method in our 8 kg guide.

Which 9 kg Bosch washing machines are sold in the UAE?

The Serie 4 WGA14400GC and WGA1440XGC, the Serie 6 WGA244A0GC and WAT28S80GC, and the Serie 8 WGB24400GC, WGB2440XGC, WGB244A0GC and WGB244AXGC. Check the E-Nr on any machine you buy.

What is the difference between the 9 kg Serie 4, 6 and 8?

The drum is the same. The Serie 6 adds i-DOS dosing, and the Serie 8 adds Home Connect and a lower noise figure (52 dB washing against 55 dB), and weighs about 6 kg more. Prices on the listings we saw range from about AED 1,800 to AED 4,800.

Does the 9 kg Bosch have a hot water connection?

The Bosch UAE page we read for the 8 kg Serie 4 lists no hot-and-cold intake. Check the specification of your exact model, and connect the cold supply unless the manual says otherwise.

How much does a 9 kg Bosch washing machine weigh?

The Serie 4 weighs 70.3 kg according to ACE, and the Serie 8 weighs 76.4 kg according to Bosch's UAE page. Plan a two-person carry.

Does the 9 kg Serie 4 have Wi-Fi or automatic dosing?

Retailer pages list neither, and Jumbo says it has no smart functions. The Serie 8 has Home Connect, and the Serie 6 and 8 have i-DOS.

Is there a 10 kg Bosch washing machine in the UAE?

Yes, in the Serie 8. Bosch's UAE list shows the WGB2560XGC and WGB25600GC, both 10 kg with a 1600 rpm spin. ACE showed the WGB2560XGC out of stock on 2 November 2026, so ask a seller about availability and the local warranty.

How much does a 9 kg Bosch repair cost in Dubai?

Most repairs fall between AED 150 and 780, excluding 5% VAT. A blocked filter is the cheapest, and bearings, a dosing fault or a control module the most. The AED 99 inspection is deducted from the repair if you go ahead.

Where is the model number on a 9 kg Bosch?

On the rating plate, which is usually on the edge of the door opening or on the back. The model number is the E-Nr, for example WGA14400GC. Photograph the plate and send it with your booking.
